My Jail Cell is a Roblox survival game by ATTANIAN INDUSTRIES. You spawn in a bare cell — bunk, toilet, bars — and the HUD tells you the truth immediately: expand the cell with coziness from furniture you drag back, find food in the cafeteria, return overnight because nights are dangerous. This beginner guide is the first hour without VIP, without scripts, and without pretending a toucan will save you.

Minute one

Look at the sky and the cell door. Daytime is safe. You can leave. The mall is outside; the description and every decent creator say the same sentence: get free furniture here. Open the door, remember the path home, and do not start painting. Paint is a later verb. Controls cover WASD, drag, rotate, and the B-key codes panel. Skim that if buttons feel random.

Your first daylight job list

Run this order even if a YouTuber is decorating a pink mansion:

1. Mall, one S-tier piece. Highest coziness you can carry. Beds, +9 beanbags, wide couches. Details in how to get furniture and the furniture tier list.
2. Home, place, rotate. Block the doorway of the room you will actually hide in. One door. Not three. Unlock rooms explains why a cramped one-bay room beats a palace.

4. Second mall trip only if the sky is still clearly day. Otherwise stay.
5. Hide corner. View of the door, no silhouette in the window. Then stop.

Pets, Cell Depot lamps, and VIP windows are not on this list. They are on the daytime route for people who already survived a night.

Night one

If you die, you learned a spawn or a sightline. That is tuition. Spend the next day on a deeper barricade, not on a turret you cannot afford.

What the game is actually testing

It is not an FPS. Weapons and the armory pass are panic buttons. It is not Prison Life. You are not ranking up a job. It is a clock plus a house. Coziness is XP. Rooms are skill tree nodes. Food is a resource that makes the horror honest. The 9-player cap means your mall is shared — VIP inmates — but you can still solo every system.

Robux is optional. Game pass tiers if a friend is pressuring you to buy VIP. You do not need it to finish this guide.

First-week extras (not first-hour)

• Day 2 leftover daylight: pet store.
• After a sealed room: Cell Depot lamps.
• After you stop dying: wall paint and a show save slot.
